We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or if it involves your case. We will send you free text messages to update you on your case and you can ask us to stop these at any time by calling us.
We will not send marketing information to you or pass your details to other companies with a view to sending marketing materials to you.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

phone number
email address
property details
mortgage details
other case sensitive details
We will sometimes have to collect sensitive information about you but with your consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us or calling us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We will not use cookies.
